Unable to set variables from webhook trigger

Tried using a webhook to trigger an automation and the test data showed up but I was unable to create any variables and they weren't available in the flow.

Thanks, but something is still off. I have the variables from the web hook but trying to find a matching row in GSheets and filter if one exists to know if I need to continue.
