Recording Window and Button Accessibility Issue

I am experiencing an issue with the recording window and the edit panel on the left in Chromium. The recording window is too large, and the buttons are not visible on the screen. Each time, I have to scale the screen to find the buttons. This makes it difficult to use the feature efficiently. Please help fix this problem so that the buttons are always visible without needing to scale the screen. Thank you.
