Overwrite the file name not working for screenshots with variables

Having the exact same issue. It directs the file to the appropriate folder, but does not perform the rename step, and the file downloads without an extension.

It does not save the file name as the variable correct?

In my case I am performing the Download action, which gives you the option to select a file path destination, as well as an option to rewrite the file name. The destination works, but not the file name rewrite.
