New automation workflow create even if creation aborted

When I ceate a new workflow in a workspace where ther's already a least 1 saved workflow, if I select "cancel" to the guided/manual methods selection pop-up, I get back to my current workspace but a new automation is there. Same thing if I select "Delete workflow" during the build of a manual workflow.

In both cases, the new automation is empty, and I have to delete it.
