Loop Trigger Schedule Won't Turn Off

I had time constraints on a loop trigger, but wanted to turn it off to resume running throughout the day - however, when trying to turn the trigger off, it doesn't save the change:

Quick Update: this issue persists - it is the time constraints specifically that will remain on once set (for both "hour" and "every other hour")
