Close Multiple Chromium Windows

#1It seems every time I run an operation the Chromium window stays open then I end up having several open #2 I'm going on 48 hours where it isn't recording any steps while recording steps. #3 Traffic Control in the Bottom Left seems to reflect when an operation is not going on because it freezes, or says, "Already in progress. Close browser and replay". I have tried this many times, but it doesn't fix anything either the APP won't record; the recorded item won't play, or the Traffic Control just reflects a Traffic Jam.. Anyway, I'm experiencing these consistently over and over again.
