Chrome Profile Missing Cookie Field

In every video I have watched about setting up Chrome profiles, when you create a new profile there is a place to import cookies. When I try and create a new Chrome profile the only option it gives me is to create a name for the profile. Same thing when editing a profile.

You will want to manually login one time to the profile
