Can't add app actions into a workflow

I figured this would have been fixed in a previous update, but it doesn't seem so. I'm trying to get data I previously scraped earlier in the workflow to send to WordPress. I figured the app action could help with that, but it doesn't let me add WordPress or any other app action. I saw something in another thread that I should clear my desktop cache, but I don't see any option for that anywhere.

Hey Kevin, Can you logout and log back in and you will see the apps appear again - this shouldn't happen again
