Can not accept invitation & double invitation email

Hello,
I've invited a new user to the Workspace. When inputting the user's email, the email automatically becomes double. In addition, when the user clicks the invitation link from email, the link is doesn't work.

The double invite has been fixed and invite links are directly provided in case the email does not resolve anywhere for you like the screenshot
