Remove (n+1) from file downloads

Even though the file names are not duplicated, when I download files as shown in the attached video, numbers such as "(2)" and "(3)" are added to the beginning of the file names.

Yes, I'm experiencing the same issue. When multiple images are downloaded in the same workflow, they come with suffixes like (2), (3), (4), and so on. Only the first one is correct.
