"Set Variable" Step

A new step type - "Set Variable" - which would allow us to set a variable by manipulating strings and variables - e.x. combining two variables together into a new variable (concatenating strings, math functions, splitting strings by character, etc.) - possibly as a modified Javascript step that can accept input variables, perform required steps, and output to specified variable.
