Play step is not triggering a run Version 3.26

When clicking play steps- I am getting a loading Icon then the screen reverts back to the automation page. Chromium doesn't open and nothing pops into traffic control- I was testing an automation using a loop through data trigger. I checked to see if the starting row was accumulating with each run and it wasn't
