New Automation Default Naming

When creating new automation, automatically set the new automation name to be serialized time, date stamp so that it's not listing multiple automations with name "New Automation". Note: It's understood that it can be renamed but serialized time date stamp name is suggested as default if naming is not edited so it's unique.
