Move steps via text input instead of dragging

Trying to move steps around can be difficult when I need to drag something from the bottom of my automation to the top, usually needing to stop and replace the step several times before it gets to the right place. If we could just click "move step" or something and enter a step/step number to replace, it'd be very helpful.
