Map "Send to Google Sheets" Values

It would be great if we could map variables to specific columns under the "Send to Google Sheets" option, similar to what we can do with webhooks. The system seems to default to the step order but that is not always the way I want to format the data in sheets, and so I have to do a bunch of extra work to set up how I want it formatted.
