Custom Schedule Trigger

Option to choose any time schedule:

- every X hours/days/weeks/months
- 1st tuesday of the month
- repeat every 10-15 days (randomized)
- these specific dates in the future
- repeat X times
- repeat schedule for X months then stop (and send notification when completed
