Allow download/screenshot steps to be used as variable

Allow download/screenshot steps to be used as variable. Currently these perform an action but I cannot send the file to google drive in apps for example. A screenshot/download etc. should be able to used as a variable

hey Kyle - Can we download a CSV and send the file date to a webhook? And run this on cloud?
