Integrate the ActivePieces project into TaskMagic so users can build with supported APIs and the TaskMagic recorder. Both flows (flows built in pieces and flows built in the recorder) can trigger the other to run and pass data between each other.
This will not require an ActivePieces account/subscription
*** Will require AppSumo Tier 4 or Webhooks Addon ***

This is LIVE! Updates and enhancements are coming here. We wanted to get something ready and live for our users as quick as possible so here you are! Please post any questions/comments/concerns as we continue building this product to be the best it can :)

Hey Kyle : congrats ! I'm facing an issue : I've built a flow (AP flow only), successfully tested, but thetre's no way to activate / publish it, I don't find the publish action or button anywhere. Is there anything to do to publish a AP flow ?
Kyle
Hey Christophe apologies missed your reply here but this was resolved - good to go now!

Can you elaborate on exactly how this ActivePieces integration will work for those who do not have ActivePieces? Is there a benefit to having ActivePieces?
Kyle
You do not need an activepieces account. We integrated their opensource system :)
Christophe
Hey Kyle,
How many "tasks" will be inluded for this ActivePieces integration into TaskMagic ? And will ActivePieces able to process some workflows without operating with TaskMagic (aka. can we use ActivePieces as a standalone product into TaskMagic) ?
Many thanks ! Whatever the answers are : that's purely awesome !
Kyle
Hi Christophe, you will have unlimited tasks from desktop :)
Eric
What about if we got the buttons addon, how many tasks would we get

Merged with: API call module
David
Please add an API module so we can use data from the workflow for an API call, use the response as part of the rest of the workflow, perform actions on other systems without needing an extra automation tool, etc..

Is it possible to integrate with open AI so that the scraped information can be repurposed and be used somewhere else

webhooks are a useful workaround but i feel that for non-coders like me, direct integrations have to be the way forward.
i don't want to have to create hundreds of webhooks (i'm assuming you can't use one webhook for everything, right?), nor do i trust myself to do them all correctly without wasting a lot of time.
i just want to click a button, select what i need and move on to the next thing.

Hey everyone, here is a setup tutorial on webhooks IN using Pabbly. Please reply with a comment if you need a video setting it up on another platform so I can prioritize making an exampe there

Zapier is expensive and 99.9% of people missed out on the LTD.
Please add these past and present Zapier alternatives.
Additional considerations: Make, Pipedream, Integrately & Konnectzit.
I feel that the greater the number of connector options... the higher the value of TaskMagic for a greater number of people.
N8N & ActivePieces look especially interesting due to their open source self-hosted options.
Thank you!

Hey everyone,
What is the use case here to integrate with openai rather than go to chatgpt (or any other platform) and communicate with that via your automation.
Lets say you scrape a list and thats step 2 of your automation, that step is now a variable so if you go type somewhere you can replace it with @step 2 which then will paste all the data scraped.
So for example (lets say I scraped a list of possible blog titles from an SEO suggestion site), I can paste something in chatgpt saying
Take these rows of titles and recommend the best article to write. Here is my data @step 2
I'm all for integrations but this is a very costly one in terms of openai credits so id recommend just visiting the services in browser :)
if anyone is experiencing a problem using chagpt, we are being occasionally blocked by cloudflare for some users. A fix is currently being tested to bypass this :)
Christophe
I'm using Albato for incoming webhooks, and that's good ! Using webhooks, in and out, there's no limit. Including some integrations with some Zapier-like automations tools would add some predefined limits, no ? In / out webhooks are freedom, usable with any third party apps supporting in/out wh.
Glenn
Would be cool to have a native integration with Integrately, and yes webhooks make it possible but then you ask for more knowledge, while this tool is made for idiots like me ;)
Kyle
Hey everyone - this would be doable by just using webhooks unless I am missing something. Let me know if there should be a specific article on setting up the webhooks to send data / receive data from these sources
