There is An option but you can’t put the webhook URL and post it on your website to let someone click the bitton and trigger the automation. When i try to put the link in my browser I get error like „this website is unavailable” and even sample data can’t be generated while directly at Activepiece’s site with URL generated by them everything works fine with No problems.
Can you send me an example of the url they’re producing for you? I’m assuming their url just redirects to a different page. For best practice I’d recommend setting this as where the data gets sent to but not use this as a redirect url.
Let me know what I’m using and I’m happy to make changes :)
Yes, it is redirecting but i think it is necessary. When i want to use webhook trigger option i have to send a test data first, and I do not know how to do it because the link provided does not respond and i cant send that data. This is the URL generated by Activepieces: cloud.activepieces.com/api/v1/webhooks
This is the URL generated by TaskMagic: 143.19x.xxx.xx/api/v1/webhooks
Looks like it is local IP hook and it cannot be connected and send informations through web. Maybe i dont understend something, then i will be greatful for explanation.
Correct it is not accessible, where would you like it to forward to? The only general default we could do is taskmagic.com if we couldn't identify the website sending this to send it back to?
Have the same trouble, in fact the webhooks generated by taskmagic are not usable, I think many TM customers have noticed this, I hope this one is fixed soon.
As Pawel posted when is tried through actievepieces everything works, but is not the same on the TM, that's the main trouble, as the sample data is never get by TaskMagic apps builder.

Hey Pawel,
You should have a webhook option available as a trigger, if not you can also use “taskmagic” as the trigger as the webhook functions the same
