Ability to clear a GGSheet doc (column, rows...)

Hey,
most of my automation, when run everyday, will need to start with a clean column in Google Sheet (excepted for headers).
It would be nice to add a step that allows us to clean a GGSheet from its data (except headers) (by selecting sheet, cell coordinates...)

I would like this option too. Or perhaps after each time the automation runs, it adds a date under the old data which displays the date the automation ran. This way we would know what data is New and when it ran.
