Number of Apps steps appear in ActievePieces

I tried several Apps steps, as part of my workflow. Most part of them failed (excepted for the Slack step but the message was posted 5 times).
Anyway, I noticed that even if I delete the Apps steps from my workflows (and even when I definitively delete the workflows) the number of flows in ActievePieces increases, but these flows are not visible. See enclosed screenshot : 7 flows, but none exits.
