I don't have the ability to select workspaces after exiting the template library

I added a new workspace and clicked added from templates and clicked the Instagram - Source Followers. When I clicked exit templates in the back button - I couldn't view my workspaces. Screen shotted what I seen.

With a refresh I am able to view workspaces.
