Adding Custom Code while recording stays in lazy load

When I try to add custom code while I'm recording, it says in lazy load, and when I click out of it I can see it added and then I can add selectors. It also doesn't give me all the options I would normally find adding a custom step. But its most likely because it is Custom code but it looks like adding a custom step.
