ActivePieces workflows stopped triggering (Again)

The ActivePieces app stopped working again 7 hours ago. We had this problem before, and it was fixed 5 days ago after waiting for 1.5 months. But now, the same issue is back - none of the workflows are working. This problem isn't because of any updates. Please watch the video below for more details.
